We explore ancient traditions, our bodies innate wisdom and needs, as well as tools that help us regain resilience and feel rested in our innate power.

Hi, I am Bhakti.
I am so glad you are here.
In todays world taking care of our wellbeing as mothers and reclaiming our village and support system is a revolutionary act.
And it takes courage. Courage to go against the accepted mindsets that praise independance, control and constant productivity.
But you are here because you know these voices are not serving you.
And you are not meant to walk this path alone.
We have to create the world we want to live in.
One day at a time.

We need to flip the script.
Somewhere along the way, we made living in survival mode the new normal.
We are tired but we push through.
We are overstimmulated and still we are giving our best to be patient and spacious.
We got more and more disconnected from our bodies, hoping it's just a phase.
But this is not sustainable and sooner or later we will pay the price, our body (and soul) will burn out.
When we can tap into the Wisdom of our bodies and start to listen to its whispers of needs and desires we can reconnect to something that is tender, pleasurable and powerfull.
The Mother Soma.
Mother Soma is the remembrance that the mother’s body is sacred terrain,
and that tending it is a spiritual, biological, and political act.
What could this mean for you?
This is not another space to get overwhelmed with information and all the things you should do or don't do.
It is meant to restore, reconnect & empower.
Inside this work we focus on:
🪽 Stabilizing in our own truth and feeling safe in being ourselves
🪽 Strenghtening our System for more resilience and expansion
🪽 Releasing what keeps us stuck in survival mode and supressed states
🪽 Integration of knowledge about the female body and its needs for
conception, birthing, feeding and caring for (small) children
🪽Exploring new (or old) ways on how to live as a life creating woman in this world
All this with weaving together Movement, Breath Work, Body Awarenes, Nervous System Wisdom and Nutritional Expertise for hormone health and the female body in a supportive Community space.

A space to pause, reflect, be witnessed, and reconnect with yourself in the midst of caring for everyone else.
