Motherhood teaches us the essential nature of our bodies.
There is nothing more physical than growing, birthing, and nurturing a baby or child.
It is all-consuming—asking everything of our body and being.
And yet, our bodies cannot sustain this without care, nourishment, and being nurtured in return.
The energy of creation has to be replenished.
For generations, women have cared for women.
We mothered each other’s children, laughed and cried together, and created circles of support through song, presence, and touch.
My offerings are a way to weave this care and community back into women’s lives—to create spaces where our wellbeing is centered, where embodiment is supported, and where we can root back into ourselves.
Here you will find body-centered practices for all phases of motherhood.

Mothering the Bones
is holistic Pelvic Care with the female nervous system in mind.
I gently hold your Pelvis while we track and recalibrate your system for a deeper connection to your root. This is for women who want to connect to their pelvic space in a deeper way. It is a profound tool for everyone who had difficult births, experienced birth injuries or sexual boundary ruptures.
Pregnancy Massage
This is where deep nurturing and care should start to be an essential part of a women's life. Growing a baby is a wondrous experience and it comes with deep structural changes in the body. Massage can help to aveliate pains that occur and help the body to adjust and settle with the new physical structure.
Relax & Unwind Massage

Some things about me
I’m Bhakti — a mother, Thai Massage therapist, and Yoga teacher with over a decade of experience in the healing arts.
I’ve trained with teachers around the world, learning to honor the wisdom of the body through touch, stillness, and deep presence.
My approach is gentle, intuitive, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we slow down and truly listen.
Motherhood deepened my work—it taught me the language of the nervous system, the necessity of nourishment, the power of holding space without fixing and stepping out of linear pathways..
In my sessions and classes, I offer a quiet place to return to yourself. To rest. To be held. To remember your body’s wisdom.
