Nurturing Mothers means nurturing the next generations to come
In many cultures around the world, the art of nurturing and nourishing mothers to be and young mothers is deeply respected. Yet in the Western world, the focus is often on restrictions – what we shouldn't eat – when the real power lies in what we should be eating.
Food is a cornerstone of our physical and mental health, laying the foundation not just for our wellbeing, but for the health of future generations. Yet, we've never been so disconnected from real, nourishing food, and the impact on our vitality is undeniable.
We can prepare for our whole Mothering Journey from the beginning or
we can jump in any moment to change the course. It is never too late to fill up our cup.

Holistic Nutrition Support
Our babies are born from our bodies, nourished by our blood and reserves, loved and cared for with everything we have. We grow them, feed them, and nurture them. But how often do we truly nurture ourselves?

In an ideal world, we would be held and prepared for birth and motherhood by a circle of wise women – a village feeding us for optimal fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery. Yet in the West, this essential support can feel like a luxury, leading to depletion, exhaustion, and even chronic health challenges.
With Nurtured Mothers, I aim to offer mothers a space to reclaim their health and vitality, empowering you with personalized nutrition coaching for every stage – from fertility preparation to postpartum and beyond. You'll receive a plan tailored to your unique needs, broken down into manageable steps for real, lasting change.

40 days Postpartum Care
The postpartum period holds profound potential in a woman’s life. In many ancient traditions, this time is seen as a critical window for deep healing and transformation.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the postpartum phase is considered one of the most pivotal moments for a woman’s long-term health. Similarly, in Ayurveda, the first 42 days after birth are known as the “Sacred Window” – a time believed to shape a woman’s physical and emotional wellbeing for the next 42 years.
Food is fundamental to our healing in this time. We need mineralrich, nutrient dense and collagen filled food to help our tissues to recover and strenghten.
While you rest and cocoon with your baby I make sure all this is available to you.
You can choose between a simple meal support to a full catering for the first 40days. In a free call we can talk about your needs and wishes so I can make a tailored plan for you.

Postpartum Meal Care (40days)
I help you or fully nourish you during your first 40days of Motherhood.
Ideally we meet before your birth and make a plan considering your wishes to give you the best support possible during this precious time.
This can be simple warming foods or a whole catering plan.
Massages during that time are optional.

Some things about me
Hi, I’m Bhakti — certified Holistic Nutritionist, mother, and founder of Nurtured Mothers.
After experiencing firsthand how nourishing myself changed everything in motherhood, I knew I had to bring this work to other women. Our bodies carry so much—especially in the transition to and through motherhood. Food can be medicine, but only when it's rooted in care,
not control.
My approach to nutrition is gentle, practical, and rooted in deep listening. I focus on postpartum replenishment, hormone support, and helping mothers reconnect with their bodies and their appetites—for food, for life, for joy.
Let’s make nourishment simple, grounded, and sacred again.
